Experience with these retailers

What a change! See how my team transitioned the brand, in-store experience and capabilities of the Kodak Picture Kiosk from a 4'x6" print machine, into a creative and quick way to make hundreds of gifts and new ways to share your story.

Retail Experience & Branding Update

Kodak Picture Kiosks

Let's Make Some Money

In addition to all my digital work online, I've had the fabulous opportunity to work with the Kodak Picture Kiosk portfolio. With over 200,000 kiosks around the world and 50 million unique consumer experiences a year - that's a lot of conversations!

In the years I worked with the Kiosk team, we grew the product offering from just 4x6 prints, to hundreds of very custom, creative photo products.

Waiting lines at retail are a double-edged sword. Crowds are great - if you keep them moving at the pace they are comfortable with. When she's being creative, she wants time - and space. An Express Lane is essential for busy moms just picking up. Workflow is not only on-screen, it also needs to be planned within the busy store.

It can be a bit complicated to make things simple.

Balancing simple, clean workflows and persuasive, helpful messages is an art. With customer satisfaction consistently above 92%, strong sales growth of our new premium products and great margins for retailers (and Kodak) - we were doing something right.
